Goal

To create a cohesive visual system that positioned Bassline Media as a credible, culture-forward production studio while providing scalable social media templates to consistently spotlight emerging underground artists.

I led the development of a foundational brand guideline and designed a suite of flexible social media templates, as well as the logo to support ongoing artist features. I established typography, color usage, layout structure, and visual hierarchy to ensure consistency while allowing room for creative variation across posts.

The resulting brand toolkit enabled Bassline Media to maintain a consistent, recognizable presence across social platforms while efficiently showcasing new artists and studio work. The templates streamlined content production and elevated the overall professionalism of their digital presence.

This was the original logo before refinement. Although the record line motif introduced a strong conceptual foundation, the mark lacked the simplicity and scalability required to perform effectively across digital and print environments. At smaller sizes, legibility diminished and the overall form became visually lost.

These are a selection of the iterations we explored throughout the process. The final direction was chosen for its subtle reference to a bass guitar, paired with a level of simplicity that allows it to scale effectively across applications. The result is a mark that is both recognizable and visually impactful at any size.
