Goodyear bar

  • NoDa, charlotte

  • CUSTOM HAND-PAINTED TYPOGRAPHY

  • two exterior MURALs

This project brought me back to a familiar wall. Originally home to my Chief’s mural, the space underwent a rebrand under Built on Hospitality to become Goodyear Bar, aligning more closely with its sister restaurant, The Goodyear House next door.

I was invited back to transform the original main mural and adapt the secondary mural to reflect the new identity. My work also extended beyond the walls to the exterior blade sign, which I refinished and hand-painted with custom typography to complement the refreshed brand.

Working within the new visual direction, I was able to carry the identity across multiple physical touchpoints and help create a more cohesive experience throughout the space.

Being trusted by the same client twice made this project especially meaningful. Located on North Davidson Street, it’s also one of three murals I’ve created in the NoDa neighborhood.
